Losing weight and getting in shape seems to be the number one resolution for everyone in the new year. Well, I decided to use the information I have learned over the years from working on my first Bachelors in Exercise Science and from just personal knowledge and research and share this with everyone to help on their journey to a healthier, more fit life. That is what this blog is all about. I will be posting helpful information on fitness, including what I love which is weight training and running, ways to keep motivated (I need this many days as we all do), some healthy recipes I have found, and much much more.
